Officers of the Association

The President of the Chapter is responsible for all aspects of the group. He supervises all members of the Chapter, and works with the elected and designated members who have been assigned duties or have volunteered to assist the organization in any way. Our current President, was the founder of Chapter 5103 and has worked tirelessly to ensure all members, guests and those interested in the Chapter are both welcomed and respected.

The Vice President, will assume all the duties of the President any time the President is unable to attend a meeting, ride, or special event.

The Treasurer is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and record-keeping , financial reports, dues collection and preparing an annual report on the affairs of the Assn.

The Secretary is primarily responsible for keeping the minutes of the meetings in order, assists the Ride Captain in keeping the the membership informed of all upcoming rides and events., and looks after all the details of membership within the Assn.

Other designated duties assigned by the President are the Shepherds, Ride Captains, Ladies of the STAR representative (LOS), Sargent at Arms, and the Tailgunners . These positions change from time to time depending on the function and the ride.

Meetings

The monthly meetings of the STAR Association are held at 6 pm the first Thursday of the month at:
Ricky’s Grill...8958-152 Street..Surrey, B. C. Members currently reside in all areas of the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver .
